My Book Review: Billy And The Cloneasaurus by Stephen Kozeniewski

Billy and the Cloneasaurus by [Kozeniewski, Stephen]My Review and Thoughts:

First off, I would like to speak about the author. I have become acquainted with his writing lately, being able to experience his unique imagination and visionary wondering, through amazing wordplay. His writing seems to come off the page and enter your mind and send you on a journey with all the wild antics that his stories are. He is a very gifted writer. He has a vast array of odd, unique, and very fresh original stories. This is my third book that I have read that he's associated with.

This, I have to say is a very interesting, odd, unique, vivid imaginative story. I absolutely loved this story. I can't pinpoint too much of its reality because I don't want to give too much away. It's a very quick read but is everything that it needed to be, and so much more.

This is a story created around a darkness. A disturbing reality of the future, greed, corporate controlling. It has a darkened sense of a dystopian reality that seems so real that you can't help but feel the emotions of the characters, and the situations that seem to bleed off the page. Brilliant prose. A gifted undertaking of a new fresh story, yet with all the classic elements that Science Fiction is all about.

I can sense a group of writing masters underlining the reality and gift of this author. If Ray Bradbury and Kurt Vonnegut had a love child, it would be Stephen Kozeniewski.

I really enjoyed this book. I highly recommend it. I think it has a great sense of old-school mastery of science fiction. Old school brilliance, mixed fresh and new. A modern stamp, and all original.

Simply put, Stephen Kozeniewski is a freaking genius when it comes to imagination and storytelling.

My Rating: 4 out of 5
